Debuting in 2023, Deadly Boy won his first match which was for the newly created EHW Live Stream Title (formerly the EHW House Show Championship).

At EHW Birthday Bash War Games in 2024, Deadly Boy tagged with his dad, Dreamer, in a losing effort against the EHW Tag Team Champions, Filkill & Wolf Savage. During the main event, which was the EHW Originals (Dreamer (Deadly Boy’s father), The Kidd (Deadly Boy’s uncle) & Hardcore Mike) vs. The Outlawz Mafia (The Executioner, Filkill & Wolf Savage), Deadly Boy turned on his dad & uncle hitting his dad with a beer bottle giving The Executioner the win, thus aligning himself with The Outlawz Mafia. This gave The Executioner and The Outlawz Mafia Creative Control for the following years PPV, EHW Birthday Bash Reloaded.

At EHW Birthday Bash Reloaded in 2025, The Executioner fired and stripped The Kidd of the EHW Cruiserweight Championship. Having a vacant title available, The Executioner booked a match between Deadly Boy and a newcomer, Dragonfly for the title match. Deadly Boy won the match after a Deadly Drop through two tables, thus becoming a double champion, the EHW Live Stream Champion and the EHW Cruiserweight Champion.
