Debuting in 2004, The Executioner fought well at his first EHW PPV, Birthday Bash, aligning himself with Billy the Kid who unfortunately retired from EHW. He did score a win in a tag team match with Billy the Kid against Hardcore Mike and Blaze.

During EHW Birthday Bash 2021, The Executioner aligned himself with EHW President Dreamer and The Kidd and won himself his first title in EHW, the EHW Street Fight Championship.

At EHW Birthday Bash Revelation 2022, The Executioner was in a rematch and defended his EHW Street Fight Title in the opening match against Hardcore Mike & Filkill.

At EHW Birthday Bash Revenge 2023, The Executioner was in a rematch and defended his EHW Street Fight Title against Hardcore Mike and had been telling President Dreamer and The Kidd they couldn’t trust Hardcore Mike, even though Dreamer tagged with him at last years PPV. The Executioner then demanded that President Dreamer be the special guest referee and to call the match right down the middle. During a shoving exchange at the end of the match, President Dreamer accidentally hit Hardcore Mike with his cell phone which cause him to fall off the ring and through a table. The Executioner pinned Hardcore Mike to keep his EHW Street Fight Title. In the main event, The Assailant made his appearance and faced The Kidd. At the climax of the match, it was revealed that The Executioner was The Assailant and had aligned himself with Filkill & Wolf Savage, who stormed the ring and attacked The Kidd. Dreamer came to the entrance way and Hardcore Mike ran through the crowd to even the odds and The Kidd ended up pinning The Assailant (The Executioner) to finally get his revenge.

At EHW Birthday Bash War Games 2024, President Dreamer opened the PPV challenging this team of “new comers” to a Hardcore War later on in the main event of the PPV. The Executioner then cut into the live feed and accepted this challenge on behave of his new team called The Outlawz Mafia. The only catch was, he demanded a stipulation of whoever wins, gets creative control for next years EHW PPV. The Executioner defended his EHW Street Fight Title in yet another rematch against Hardcore Mike, this time to a losing effort. In the main event, The Executioner entered last for his team. After Hardcore Mike and The Kidd were both eliminated, Dreamer fought back and pinned both Filkill & Wolf Savage. After putting The Executioner through a table, it seemed Dreamer had the match won. Up on the X-Tron, it was revealed that Filkill & Wolf Savage attacked and knocked out Hardcore Mike and The Kidd, then ran to the ring to help The Executioner. With no one left to help, Dreamers own son, Deadly Boy, came out to seemingly help his dad against The Outlawz Mafia. Deadly Boy then turned and hit his dad with a bottle and helped The Executioner pick up the pinball victory and thus gained creative control for next year’s EHW PPV.

At EHW Birthday Bash Reloaded 2025, The Executioner and The Outlawz Mafia had full creative control of the PPV and The Executioner opened the show banning The Kidd and stripping him of the EHW Cruiserweight title. He then welcomed a newcomer, Dragonfly, to the fold and had him in a match against Deadly Boy for the newly vacated EHW Cruiserweight title. He then challenged Dreamer to an EHW World Heavyweight championship match, a title he helped Dreamer win back at EHW Birthday Bash 2021. With the help of Dreamers own son, Deadly Boy, and Filkill, The Executioner picked up the win and the title. During a grudge match between Hardcore Mike and Filkill, The Executioner came out and hit HCM with his newly won title and helped Filkill pick up the victory. After Deadly Boy won the newly vacated EHW Cruiserweight title against Dragonfly, The Executioner was still hungry for more gold for himself and The Outlawz Mafia. He challenged Hardcore Mike to an EHW Hardcore championship match in the main event. Despite losing the match, he still remains the EHW World Heavyweight Champion.
